I used to have problems with all of these things too, but for 11 years now I've managed to exercise regularly, integrate exercise into my everyday life, eat a balanced diet without prohibitions, get enough sleep and leave my everyday stress behind! I not only draw on my knowledge as a certified fitness trainer, personal trainer and nutritionist, but also on my Master of Arts in Social Sciences, which gives me an awareness of social structures, problems and thought patterns that influence our own thoughts and actions.

  • Weekly check-in
